The sensory laboratory is staffed by Julie Peterson. Other staff may be added depending on the size and scope of individual projects.

Julie provides assistance to faculty, graduate students and industry with their testing needs. Her responsibilities include designing and conducting consumer and descriptive tests, training descriptive panels, analyzing and reporting data, and informational presentations about the sensory lab
