Provide assistance to faculty, graduate students and industry with their Sensory testing needs.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Designing and conducting consumer and descriptive tests.
  • Training descriptive panels.
  • Analyzing and reporting data.
  • Informational presentations related to sensory analysis.
