Responsible for assisting with the processing, manufacturing and packaging of ice cream, cultured products, and fluid milk products.

Major responsibilities include:

• Operate cleaning equipment involved with milk processing, packaging, and the can and case washer.
• Assist with deliveries and drive the delivery truck when needed.
• Assist with research projects, experiments, and the annual Penn State Ice Cream Short Course.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management.
